Description

Problem statement

Flow needs more developers and there are two ways to bring more devs onboarding: Devs who already work with other protocols or teach who are still studying.

In Brazil we have a good number of students and developers, but most of them are still focused on web2. We talked to some universities and they don't have anything specific for web3 and blockchain, that is, developers often need to search forums and courses abroad on the subject.

In order for Flow to continue its growth, it needs to tap into the existing web3 devs that only know web 2 language

The difficulty in finding and training new people for this area is great. We want to tackle the problem at its root - In training.

Proposed solution

As we want to reach those who are still studying, our focus will be on using existing material on Flow, translating it and creating explainer videos in addition to the written material. With our partnership with the Community University of Chapecó - Unochapecó, one of the largest in southern Brazil, we want to start our trajectory in education, in addition to creating content for users, which we already do.

We will make it available to University students, later looking for partnerships with others to achieve more certificates issued.

We will also make all the content available on the various platforms that serve devs in Brazil, such as:

Qualifications

We created ViaNFT, a Brazilian portal for news about NFTs in the main categories - Art, Music, Sports and Games - in addition to social networks (instagram and Youtube) with daily and in-depth content on this topic. As an example, we analyzed several NFT Games: Tokenomics, team, structure, partnerships to teach our followers how to invest carefully. Now let's extend this to the other categories. Our content is aimed at users. Now we want to build our base also in education and partnerships with developers so that later we can reach our next phase - create a Learn to Earn platform and other dApps in the NFTs sector.

We already have contact with Unochapeco and also with other Technological Parks and the developers who will create the course.

Impact

This content should increase the number of developers in the ecosystem.

At the end of the project, we will publish a metrics report capturing the number of syndicated views, interactions and certificates.

The content will be made available on our website in a specific area for courses, on our Youtube channel, partner website and partner channels.

Hi @alxflw . The idea is only in Portuguese for now. It this step completed we can create in English and also Spanish. Ok.. I will adjust
