Replace flow access endpoint localhost with baseUrl #200

if access endpoint exists on localhost then replace with baseurl so that the config points to correct access endpoint on other devices (blocking react native)

I manually updated the built bundle since it looks like the job is failing right now for whatever reason on the master branch. I'll open a ticket for & look into this later.
