Move client for more compatibility #143

Goal of this PR

Move client from archive namespace to its own, so when emulator updates flow-go we don't break unnecessarily.

I'm OK with these changes generally, and we're deprecating this repo in favor of ANs/ONs. In the next few months, we're expecting to release script execution on observers which would replace this.

@peterargue as we removed (remote storage) forking from emulator, this does not make much sense now, I can close as new architecture is coming I guess.
