[Access] Some Access nodes have larger badger DBs with the same config #5549

🐞 Bug Report

We've noticed on devnet and an early crescendo network that some Access nodes had ExecutionData and Protocol dbs that were larger that other ANs on the same network, while running the same configuration. This is odd since the actual data stored should be identical.

On the crescendonet, the ANs db were also growing at a much faster rate then devnet while having fewer transactions.

Debug why this is happening and come up with a solution.
