Description

Add documentation for Flow error codes
Indicate deprecated error codes as per https://github.com/onflow/flow-go/blob/master/fvm/errors/codes.go
Add missing error codes as per https://github.com/onflow/flow-go/blob/master/fvm/errors/codes.go

Let me know your thoughts about the deprecated errors, I think it is worth removing them from [ERROR_CODES.md]. I am currently going through to add missing examples that the Go SDK docs are lacking: https://developers.flow.com/tools/clients/flow-go-sdk/error-codes
