Implement collection and external url standard metadata views #248

Summary

More metadata views have been introduced since this NFT was last updated. Adding the collection level views as well as the external url view. Similarly implemented here

Test Plan Ran the JS test suite and confirmed everything passes. Please let me know if I missed anything.
