Arbitrary tx signing #100

Allows signing arbitrary transaction in expert mode.

Instead of sending metadata after the transaction, the last tx chunk will be sent as last (P1=0x02) APDU.
The user will review transaction without metadata in arbitrary tx format: instead of tx name, script hash is displayed, arbuments, instead of names have just their order and types displayed.
