Inconsistent use of number and name for some commands #5

I'll will show using the help interface, below are some examples:

delete and nom uses name of the food:

vomit uses index in list:

Might be better to use index throughout as it will be faster and easier to type for the user.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Can refer to the DG for the design considerations for vomit command. Mostly, it hinges on the fact that the Consumption Record for a particular day tends to be short.
