安装olab组件过程中无法激活，报错无法找到文件

我按照教程安装了相关的组件

1.2 安装APOC和OLAB组件

将组件下载后放置在/plugins文件夹下面。

下载APOC

1.3 修改配置并启动ONgDB

修改配置文件

apoc.import.file.enabled=true

尝试了更新组件olab，无效。
