In our guidelines we decided to distinguish Service Level Indicators, Objectives and Agreement depending on if there was an actual agreeement on the values.

About service availability, we are reasoning on APDEX so that we consider response latency too.

Hi @paulvet1.

Our guidelines - in Italian - are available here https://docs.italia.it/italia/piano-triennale-ict/lg-modellointeroperabilita-docs/it/bozza/ (with Chrome you should be able to google translate with right-click on the webpage).

They are still draft, as we should integrate feedbacks and write a new chapter on the governance.
