This release includes the following updates:
Interoperability support for Alberta and Nunavut (we now support all PTs except New Brunswick)
Digitally signing the rules (security improvement via vulnerability disclosure)
Updated terms of use and privacy policies (existing users prompted to re-accept)
All QR codes with a DOB under 12 will scan yellow with updated bullet
