[x] nginx config (copy from ckan docs - nginx)
[x] nginx config with SSL certificates for prod running locally on https://localhost (and also needed for cloudstorage)
[x] ckan-uwsgi.conf (copy from ckan docs - uwsgi)
[x] snippets for cloudstorage installation

And update documentation as needed.
