Data 1504 - Fix issue with pipeline with cleaning up cache #575

What this PR accomplishes

This PR fixes the issue with pipeline where the cache files will be cleared as expected.

What needs review

Please review the command syntax, and make sure that the changes are implemented for all the three stages (IST,UAT,PRD)
