Hello @karolcwikla

Thank you for approving my PR. I'm really excited about updating my project to PHP 8. This bundle is the last dependency with PHP 7. How can we proceed next?

@popadko we from @sulu are maintaining a fork of it which supports PHP 8: https://github.com/handcraftedinthealps/ElasticsearchDSL. Somebody is already working on Elasticsearch 8 support there.
