Prepare slides for the first of the EUG talks regarding use of MVON# to transpile MV to C#

Got reactions from presenting it in rough draft format to Bruce R and David MC (a colleague who uses SQL Server and perl). Then sent it to James M as well as Alan, Dereck, and Chas. Have responses from all. Two areas need refinement 1) Screenshots of MVON# products 2) Nailing down whether going with an MVON# Express strategy or not so I can give hints on that.
