Adjust Netbuilder for UniData 'P' flavor #23

All UniData SB+ customers use UniData with ECLTYPE P. With a fresh UniData account, at the colon prompt and/or in the login paragraph type ECLTYPE P to be in PICK mode. There are no existing UniData SB+ customers who use anything but this flavor.

An enhancement has been requested to put this into a login paragraph, whether programmatically or in the instructions. So, I will close out this one. We are past the significant issue.
