Determine how to handle F1 selection in UniData #26

With UniData in U mode, possibly also in P mode, USING DICT VOC might work. Do not rely on a voc entry for the system DICT.DICT to be in a fresh UniData account. Determine how to handle such selections for UniData, with 'P' mode being critical path.

I would add here that DICT.DICT should be a pointer to the sys file. Further, I am concerned that the convert offers files that are not local ... that are pointed into SB and UD system files. I think it should only offer to "convert" files that actually exist in that dictionary. If other files need to be converted it should have a separate section or check box to "pointed files" and should display the directory to which they point. Sorted by. Like the DM... files should be in a SB+ directory section, the Ud sys files in their own section. And I don't think they should be 'converted'. I could be wrong about this but if we do need to convert DM files I'd like to understand why.

This is listed as a high priority with Susan having added a comment a month ago. So, I think this is completed. Please advise on the status of this.
