If I hover over a tooltip in what is currently named the Netbasic Development Studio (to be named MV# Developer Studio) when I first come in, it shows icon info in a text tooltip. I did some tests and it looks like the snagit screenshot product is relevant to this. When I hover over another one or the same one again, no go. I have to exit the tool and come back in to see any more tooltips. I disabled snagit and did not have this issue, so nevermind.
