Implement the QA applilcation #32

Per Perry, the QA regression tests for MV BASIC now run in MVON#. Perry has provided Grant with deltas, and Grant has made the enhancements. Other than running the tests on the new version of MVON#, what is the next step on that front?

Peter and I will focus on QA-by-way-of-doc with an initial goal of coming up with a doc strategy for MVON# and then proceed.

Current strategy: Grant and Perry QA each other's technical changes and deliver QA'd product to Peter and Dawn as the very first "end-users" who then address doc and marketing related to the product.

Peter & Perry -- This issue is still open in the MVON# Netbuilder from UniData pilot project (PRC). Grant thought that Peter was working on this and that it is still in swing, but he was not sure. What is the status on this?
