Account setup with BASICTYPE P

The user needs to do both ECLTYPE and BASICTYPE P. This is done behind the scenes for them with an SB account configuration with System Builder. They will want this in a login paragraph, perhaps. It must be done before any compiles, so at the very least we need to document it as part of the process when they create a new account and establish a login paragraph or else before they do anything in the account after logging in.
