Large number for time argument in add_alarm

When a big integer is given, I would expect an alarm to be set but instead a warning is shown as seen above.

As seen from the textbook:

If the problems can only happen in case of deliberate sabotage (e.g., user entered a 30-digit telephone number), in which case it should not be considered a bug.

In addition, the oldest human alive is 116 years old, which is only 61011360 minutes long. Thus, if someone enters such a huge number, it is very likely that is the wrong time.
