There appears to be a redundant bullet point here which may be misleading to the reader

This is not a bullet point. It denotes that the keys Ctrl and F are pressed together.

If the circle symbol is being used to denote 2 keys are used together. Perhaps it will be consistent for you to use the dot symbol when you explained the statement in the picture above to avoid confusion.
