It is clearly stated in the UG that the delete command is case-insensitive, and that only the spelling and spaces are checked.

Reason for disagreement:
Looking at another part of the UG where it also mentions something similar to the what the developer replied. 'edit' command is case-insensitive but then the user also indicated 2 points below that the inputs are case-insensitive. We can also see the same in the second screenshot with regards to the sort
feature. This clearly means that the developer is saying that the command word delete
itself is case-insensitive, but did not mention whether the inputs are case-insensitive or not.

Reason for disagreement: As can be seen in the initial screenshot, it states that sPoTiFy is deleted instead of Spotify, which may confuse the user that he/she may not have actually deleted the correct review/recommendations.
