誤ってPull Request が fork 元に対して出てしまうミスが発生しやすい #45

Pull request を作成する際に、デフォルトで選択される target のレポジトリが fork 元ののレポジトリ（https://github.com/chrisrhymes/bulma-clean-theme）になり、そちらに Pull Request が出てしまいます。

とりあえずは Pull Request を作る際に十分に確認するというオペレーションで対応したいと思いますが、デフォルトを変更する方法など、何か抜本的な方法がないか探りたいと思います。
