There isn't ExtJS in properties #7

I have installed extbuilder plugin to me eclipse 3.4 without errors and
restarted it, but I don't see ExtJS option in window->Preferences menu.
I have checked installed plugins list and extjsbuilder plugin is found
there as enabled.

What's it can be? How can I activate this plugin?

Hmm..
After 5 restarting and installing Spket plugin it has appeared

I have restarted eclipse helios and also installed Spket plugin. But still it 
is not displaying any "ExtJS" in the plugin list under Window -> Preferences.

Is there any other way to make it active?
