Fix the layout and positioning issues #39

Creating and dragging nodes should put them at the right place.

HypernodeExamples>>#editorScript contains a script summarizing all the key interactions that need to be supported.

DONE (Hypernodes)

Fix HyperlinkDragHandler to work for Hypergraphs
Dragging should leave the node in the right place (almost correct now; see issue https://github.com/onierstrasz/IMAD/issues/42)
Creating the first node should make it appear
Clicking should create a node in the right location

DONE (editorScript)

Zoom in and out
Zoom resize
Highlight node when hovering
Editor context menu on right-click (HypernodeEditor>>#handleEvents)
Node context menu on right-click
Graph panning (drag background)
Graph view nested within editor view (red and blue borders)
Nodes created on double-click
Nodes can be dragged
Double-clicking nodes opens new inspector pane
