For any other issue, please delete the lines above.

What version of BluezIME are you using?

downloaded latest version as of 13/05/2013

What Android device do you have? What Android version?

Sony Xperia Z Android: 4.1.2

What gamepad are you using?

ThinkGeek 8-bitty

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Pair 8 Bitty to phone via bluetooth
2. run Bluez-ime and select device from select device menu
3. cannot select correct device driver
4. click on select IME and then choose Bluez IME

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Controller should connect and work with Gensoid/Snesoid etc. When trying to
connect I get errors that the connection was refused, when viewing the slide
down menu Bluez-ime says that it is constantly connecting.

Where can I get the correct driver and how do I get it to connect correctly? I
downloaded the additional file and installed it but still no luck, I get
messages that the device is connecting etc or that connection refused. The
device works when you press buttons outside of games etc. I have clicked the
option within the app to use "input method" but still nothing.

Please provide any additional information below.

Most likely, Android is connecting to your controller, which prevents Bluez-IME
from connecting.

Since you can use the device, there is really no need for Bluez-IME.

If you want to use Bluez-IME for some reason, you need to configure Android to
NOT automatically connect to your device.
