Resize Image in Context Menu does not work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the Context Menu Integration 
2. Right click an image and select Image Resize
3. Nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing, it doesn't bring up the resize window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I just checked out he SVN, so the latest and greatest version :).  Latest
version of CI as well.

Please provide any additional information below.

I've changed the ImageManager command to 'mceTinyCIMM-Image'. I've updated the
installation instructions page to reflect the change needed.
