Cannot Resize Image After Being Placed #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Image Manager
2. Select an image to be placed in the WYSIWYG
3. Right click on the image in the WYSIWYG and select Resize Image

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The image is not being loaded into the Resize UI, probably a broken path. 
This started happening just after you made it so the image is being placed
with it's absolute path instead of the controller.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hi Cody

I'm unable to replicate this problem. To help me debug, could you do the 
following:

1- Completely clear your browser cache and try again
2- Let me know which browser and what browser version you're using.
3- Let me know what operation system you're using.

1) Done - no help
2) Using FF - Very latest 3.5
3) Windows 7

I'm on r185 as well. :-/
