This is an Ashita v4 port of the Balloon addon, forked from StarlitGhost's version. The original Windower Balloon addon was created by Hando and modified by Kenshi, Yuki and Ghosty.
I loaded up balloon and every time I talk to an NPC and balloon goes away, it resets the opacity of the minimap border to 1.0.
I've tried hard coding the setting in the minimap config file to 0.0 but it still resets the border opacity to 1.0 when I talk to an npc.
I also use your minimapcontrol addon. Not sure if this has any bearing on this.
EDIT: Okay i've solved my problem by going into the minimap control settings file and setting a default opacity for the frame there. Sorry for bothering.
