Chores sync pipeline base infrastructure
IdleChore sync
IdleStates sync
MoveToSafetyChore sync

Now we'll have to sync chores manually and generalize if possible.

Progress (I reset almost everything for now)

Btw, you could notice a lot of manual formatting - generics everywhere make lines extra lengthy, plus lambdas in lambdas and seems like there are no formatter options that can make autoformat concise enough🫤. You can check autoformat in tests 🫤.
