Plugin system for extensions #18

Currently everything is pretty much hardcoded and for example QtMQTT and libcommuni are hard dependencis. Implement a plugin system were features can be loaded and startup (runtime?) and extensions requiring extra Qt plugins (mqtt for example) that fails to load can be ignored.
