Addition of Nanote Next #224

Add Nanote Next extracted firmware, P8 was most of the time reference for this device but touch panel was behaving very weirdly, using the extracted driver from the stock windows fixed the issue.

I wandered around the value of fwtool, could not find any better value than what was already there for the Nanote P8 from the same vendor, adjusted the touch panel resolution to the max (x,y) I could have using wev.
