No builtin help #2750

:help :help just produces a message saying there is no help. It's unfortunate that oni2, targeting new users, seems to be missing one of the few discoverability/learnability features that vim itself has.

I believe that this is because we are missing/not including most of the runtime/ folder from Vim, which contains the docs.

If/when that changes, we should be able to include the doc/ folder as well, to help there.
