Generated build system files can be removed #12

This repository contains generated build system files such as Makefile.in, configure, missing, etc. Since these are all generated by the build system bootstrap (with autoreconf -vif or similar) they should be removed from the repository.

FWIW, tascam-gtk can now be installed on all variants of GNU+Linux where GNU Guix is available.
