Learn without LCD Hat #249

I'd love to be able to use the LCD menu from the web interface or SSH, so that I can hide the RPI beneath my piano and still use all the features, like Learn.

"Learn" is the only function not yet implemented into web interface. I wanted to make it a little fancier, so it could take a little longer.
