Show cover state in webinterface #346

I added an additional field to the webinterface home, that shows the current state of the keyboard cover, updating along other values like CPU usage.

I also provided a short readme for implementing a cover detection. This is also linked in the base readme (the link for it is currently broken because it points to this original repository, should be working when this is merged).
