Improve Wi-Fi setup instructions #365

The previous instructions linked in the README had hard-to-notice typos which prevented the visualizer from connecting to Wi-Fi. There are also a few ways of finding the IP specific to the visualizer.

Sorry about all the commits that were on the previous pull request, I have no idea why that happened. I just reset my branch, so it should be fixed now.
