Implement light_mode "Pedal" #470

Has the same properties as "Velocity" except starts at max brightness. Once again, sequence changes have been skipped.

Thank you for your contribution! Unfortunately, it's too late to include it in release version 1.5. I've already prepared the .img file and am currently testing it. After release I will test and merge this PR. Have a good day!
