Fade - Pedal: Optional drop strength on note release #500

For Fade mode "Pedal", a visual cue when note has been released by dropping the brightness by a configurable amount.

No UI configuration yet. I've been using "30" to good effect.

Sure! I'm attempting work on simplifying the UI - backend interface, with the idea to make adding new settings a bit easier. Not sure how soon that will be though. That's my excuse for neglecting the UI for now.
