Include all boards in compact stats #47

Not sure why the compact stats ignore small boards -- this goes back to the initial commit in 51c291abe65ae2239468b6eb4afa60977d8ac846 -- but they seem relevant to me. Extracted from #46.

@anoek, can you think of a good reason to exclude them?

Mighta just been looking at those stats in particular for rank tuning last time or something, no particular reason to exclude them in general though I don't think
