You get a friend request from someone you've blocked #1054

Describe the bug

A friend request sent from a blocked player shows up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Block someone
  2. Have them friend-request you
  3. See the friend request from that person you never wanted to hear from

Expected behavior Never hear from them again.
