Bulk download selected SGFs from library #2081

There are times when I’d like to download a group of SGF files from my library, and I currently have to open each game individually to access the download option. It might be convenient to add a “Download Selected SGFs” button next to the existing “Delete Selected SGFs” button so that you can simply use the checkboxes on the SGF collections page to select the desired files.

Happy to work on this if it seems worthwhile. This could range from a slightly hacky frontend solution to something more involved with backend support.
