schedule_delivery_time dont work #26

Schedule delivery doesnt work.

I have test it with: http://www.activexperts.com/support/sms-component/index.asp?kb=Q4240120

and our own smpp server. The date will not send...

Its only on sms with length up to 160 chars the callback has not all params

We need more information on why it does not work and how to reproduce.
