If we have clients in k8s they are probably in https://github.com/onlineconf/onlineconf#onlineconfephemeral-ip and we cant monitor them
Could add prometheus stats containing, for example, deployment name(from config ?) , pod name (
hostname) , updater version, errors on updates , mtime
