Get rid of the beginners series of exercises

Well I agree for the struct – ex02 – and the recursion – ex03 – but I disagree with the fact that we remove the storage exercises – ex00 and ex01 – and most importantly the revoked references – ex04. I think renaming the storage vars to remove the star and dust notions is not that big deal, and the revoked references exercise is a hit, we must keep it.

I can move the ex04 if that helps you, let me know.
