Export/Import Buid Definition extension: 0.01
Description

When importing a builddefinition there is no option to override the existing build. It would be nice to have a override option

Steps to recreate

export builddefinition
edit the builddefinition
import builddefinition
Current behavior

it makes a copy of the build

Expected behavior

override the existing build
