Cannot make call - Siphon attempts and then says "Call Ended"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Siphon - it says "Connected"
2. Dial number & hit "SIP"
3. "Calling" screen comes up for 10 seconds or so.
4. No sound, no connection made
5. Message says "call ended" and Siphon returns to dialing screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected call to connect.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone 3G Firware v2.2, jailbroken and unlocked
Siphon version from Cydia

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried this over WiFi and over 3G - same result.  I have tried two
different sip providers - sip.voiparound.com and sip.voipcheap.com with the
same result.

I am in Toronto, Canada, in case that is relevant.  I have attached my log
file.  You help would be greatly appreciated.  This seems like an
incredibly useful application and I'd love to get it working.  Thanks!

Ok, I bit the bullet, reinstalled the firmware, re-jailbroke, etc.  Then I
reinstalled Siphon and now it's working fine.  Thanks for writing such a useful 
app!!
