Can't register patients #12

Can't register patients -- reported by a collaborator last night and reproduced at 10:50am 3/3. We're registering on study hsph Onnela Lab passive data high sampling. patient id is km2jv3pj. also tried a second one. the error we get is "the patient ID or password does not match the patient id or password on the server"

This is solved now- temporarily, the version of the Android app available from studies.beiwe.org/download was pointing at the staging.beiwe.org server, instead of the studies.beiwe.org server. That's now fixed.
