国内的服务器是不是挂掉了，现在插件使用没有反应

这两天无法连接服务器了，请问还可能修复吗，不能修复的话能否协助我架设自用的服务器呢？我目前的情况是计划在我的电脑上架设一个服务器，通过路由器DDNS+端口映射的功能来实现让我的朋友可以连入我电脑上的服务器，但是我在尝试时发现我电脑架设好服务器，只能让我在电脑上打开两个浏览器连接，甚至在同网络下的其他电脑都不能连接，更别提局域网外的电脑了(:з」∠)
